Clean hotel facilities.
We had multiple issues during our stay. The front desk service was appallingly slow. we had to wait for ages just to check in. Furthermore, our room lacked basic toiletries, and the housekeeping team seemed uninterested in our requests. I expected better from a place that advertised itself as a family-friendly hotel.

But seriously, the breakfast timing was a disaster!

Here’s the good and the not-so-good
The suite was spacious and equipped for family needs,. The breakfast spread was extensive and satisfying. Staff were friendly and accommodating, helping create a pleasant experience while we entertained the grandkids.
Yet, I encountered issues with room maintenance,, such as faulty temperature control and a somewhat noisy atmosphere. Housekeeping inconsistencies were also noted, impacting overall comfort during my stay.

It wasn’t cheap but still manageable.

I had a great stay! The breakfast was incredible, with a variety of tasty options, and my suite was spacious and clean, perfect for my family. However, the carpets could definitely use a cleaning to avoid leaving our feet dirty. I would choose this place again for future trips!

i loved the early check-in at home2 suites by hilton. the one-bedroom queen suite with two queen beds was comfortable and clean. also, it’s located close to local restaurants, making takeout convenient. the boardroom was perfect for our small family gathering too.
overall, it was a decent stay, but i wish the front desk service was quicker.

The stay was fantastic, especially with the fun pool and the well-equipped gym that kept the kids entertained. We had some great family time relaxing in the leisure room with cozy couches and a big TV. Just a heads up, parking can be a bit tight during busy hours, but it didn't ruin our enjoyable experience! 😊

Had a great time with friends! We visited the Children’s Museum and enjoyed the nearby Whole Foods. The rooms were new with full-size fridges. Breakfast was decent, and parking was easy. Great central location makes it a convenient spot for exploring.
Unfortunately, the front desk had slow service. One night, there was a long line, which was a bit frustrating and inconvenient. They need more staff, especially during busy times.

Man, can we talk about the breakfast spread? Fresh pastries galore! Plus, the nearby Subway is clutch for late-night cravings. Can’t beat that! The room was super spacious and the whole vibe was right up my alley.
We did have a hiccup when our ride got broken into right outside. Just a bummer way to kick things off, and the supposed security was a bit of a ghost.
